National leader Heydar Aliyev`s 90th jubilee marked in Bern

Baku, May 13 (AZERTAC). The Azerbaijani embassy in Switzerland has organized a ceremony in Bern to celebrate national leader Heydar Aliyev`s 90th jubilee.

The event was attended by Swiss public figures, members of Azerbaijani diaspora, students and intellectuals.

Ambbassador A. Zeynalli described national leader Heydar Aliyev as one of the greatest persons of the history.

The diplomat said thanks to the efforts of the great leader, Azerbaijan`s social and economic life rapidly developed.

“Domestic and foreign policy of Azerbaijan determined by the national leader is successfully continued by President Ilham Aliyev,” the Ambassador stressed.

The event also featured demonstration of a documentary film “Road to Eternity” about national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The official part of the ceremony was followed by a concert program of soloists of International Mugam Center Elnur Zeynalov and Azru Aliyeva.
