Head of the executive authority Taleh Garashev characterized erection of monument to the architect and founder of independent Azerbaijan, national leader Heydar Aliyev, as one of the momentous event in history of the region.

In their speeches, responsible employee of President Administration Janpolad Musayev, deputy of Milli Majlis Mirkazim Kazimov, Chairman of local organization of Yeni Azerbaijan Party Mirsuleyman Mirkhasli named monument to Heydar Aliyev, who dedicated his life to Azerbaijan people and statehood, as consolation of the present and leading life of future.
