ONE MORE MEETING OF SUMGAIT AND CHERKASSI BECOMES HISTORY
A delegation of Cherkassi arrived in its twin city Sumgait July 4, AzerTAj correspondent reported. The guests visited the Alley of Honors to lay flowers at the grave of nationwide leader of the Azerbaijani people President Heydar Aliyev and memorial complex Martyr’s Alley in order to commemorate the brave sons of Azerbaijan fallen for independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
Head of Sumgait city administration met with delegation members. Then, Ukrainian friends visited state and private enterprises of Sumgait and met with businessmen. In the course of the visit, the sides defined the prospects of future development.
