OSCE FOREIGN MINISTERS COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN HELSINKI
As earlier reported, the Council of the OSCE Foreign Ministers November 29 started the 15th meeting in Madrid, Spain. On 30 November, the meeting continued.
Addressing the meeting, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov spoke of role of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development, GUAM, in region.
The OSCE presidency passed from Spain to Finland, and the next meeting will be held in Helsinki, Finland.
