PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV VISITS SCHOOL IN GYZYLBURUN VILLAGE OF HAJIGABUL
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited the secondary school in the Gyzylburun village of Hajigabul region of Azerbaijan, August 23. This educational institution started working in 1932 as a seven-year school. In 1932-2006, the school functioned in the brick and wood buildings. Within the framework of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s program “New School to Renewing Azerbaijan”, a new modern 240-seat school building was built in 2006. The school was provided with equipment and computers. 
216 pupils are currently studying in the school. The school employs 19 teachers. Among school alumni are 4 doctors and 6 candidates of sciences.
President Aliyev said the work done here meets international standards. According to the Head of State, all necessary conditions for high-level education will be created henceforth.
