PRESIDENT OF IRAN Ahmedinejad HOLDS NEWS CONFERENCE
President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmedinejad today has given a news conference at the “Ulduz” Palace.
Iranian Leader said friendly relations between the peoples of Iran and Azerbaijan have a long history. Two countries’ peoples have always helped each other.
Mahmoud Ahmedinejad expressed hope that his visit to Azerbaijan will elevate bilateral relations to a new level.
President of Iran pointed out that occupied territories are the major problem for Azerbaijan. Iran favors peaceful resolution to the conflict based on the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, and supports Azerbaijan’s right cause on the problem.
