PRESIDENTS OF AZERBAIJAN AND MOLDOVA MEET IN PRESENCE OF TWO COUNTRIES` DELEGATIONS
Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Vladimir Voronin of Moldova met Wednesday in the presence of the two countries` delegations at the Presidential Palace in Baku.
“We attach a great importance to Your visit and hope that its results will help further strengthen friendly relations,” President Ilham Aliyev said.
“We actively cooperate in various fields and want to fill this active political dialogue with serous progress in the economic field,” noted Azerbaijani Leader.
“I remember you first visit, which was very successfully and laid groundwork for new relationships between our countries. I visited your country. The embassies have already been opened. There is full-fledged interaction and active cooperation, including that within international organizations,” said President Aliyev.
“I am very much impressed by how your capital is being developed, modernized and reconstructed. I am glad for you and congratulate you for these results and work being done in Baku,” said President of Moldova Voronin
“I think the team accompanying me is inclined to achieve such results, search the ways to improve trade and economic cooperation and realize investment projects,” Voronin added.
