Putin extends condolences to Erdogan due to coal mine accident

Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed deep condolences to Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan in connection with the tragic consequences of the accident at a coal mine in the province of Bartin, where 28 people died, the Kremlin press service reported on Saturday.
"I ask you to convey the words of sincere sympathy and support to the families and friends of the deceased miners, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to all the injured," the statement said.
