Russian newspaper publishes article on Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev
Moscow, April 26 (Azertac). The Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper has published an article by consul general of Azerbaijan to Yekaterinburg Sultan Gasimov and first deputy head of the Administration of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Oblast Vadim Dubichev "Heydar Aliyev - great friend of Russia."
Authors told about most striking moments in national leader Heydar Aliyev`s lifetime, his years of studies, his career in the state security bodies. They say that national leader Heydar Aliyev`s coming to power in the soviet Azerbaijan marked a new stage in the history of Azerbaijan.
The article noted that years of Heydar Aliyev`s rule are considered in Azerbaijan as the era of construction. Heydar Aliyev always wanted Azerbaijan to be known worldwide. He became a member of the Politburo, first deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of USSR. He was appointed a chairman of the commission on operative affairs.
In his appointments, Heydar Aliyev always supported development of science.
"Today`s state of Russia-Azerbaijan relationship is a good evidence of this. Thanks to the foundation laid by Heydar Aliyev, relationships between our countries are becoming warmer, firmer and friendly," it reads.
The main ideological and political direction of Heydar Aliyev`s philosophy of administration is characterized by wide scope of all forms of national self-expression of people, national pride and realization of rapid development strategy.
Ideology of Azerbaijanism, which constituted the ideological basis of national state system determined its place in the modern world and became the uniting factor for Azerbaijanis living worldwide.
