SAM experts hold workshop in University of California

Baku, May 7 (AZERTAC). A delegation of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan has organized a workshop entitled “Energy efficiency in energy-rich countries” at the Institute of Energy at the University of California, the US.

The event heard reports by SAM department head Vusal Gasimli on “Green economy”, leading research fellow Gulmira Rzayeva on “Energy efficient procurement policy in public sector”, and research fellow Shahmar Hajiyev on “Energy efficiency”.

SAM expert Kamal Makili-Aliyev also delivered a lecture called “Azerbaijan`s role in regional security” at RAND Corporation.
