Secretary General of Inter-Parliamentary Union visits Victory Park in Baku

Martin Chungong, Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), and his spouse, Stella Chungong, visited Victory Park in Baku on April 4.
They laid flowers at the Victory Monument.
They were also briefed on the park, which commemorates the historic Victory and honors the unparalleled valor of the Azerbaijani people during the Patriotic War, paying tribute to the memory of Azerbaijani martyrs.
