SOME LEGISLATIVE ACTS TO BE AMENDED ON ENVIRONMENTAL REASONS
By develop of the county’s economy, some legislative acts need to be improved, or, amended, Valeh Alaskarov, first vice-speaker of Milli Majlis told.
On this reason, the MM Natural Resources, Energy and Ecology Standing Committee discussed a Draft “On amendments and supplements in some legislative acts of the Azerbaijan Republic”.
The Draft envisages amendments in the Laws “On Subsoil”, “On Protection of Environment”, as well as the Water Code and the Code of Administrative Offences, the Committee’s vice-chairman Elton Mammadov said.
The debaters considered expedient the would-be amendments. The Draft will be submitted to the Milli Majlis for consideration.
