Speaker of Russia’s Federation Council visits Alley of Martyrs in Baku VIDEO

A Russian delegation led by Valentina Matviyenko, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly, visited the Alley of Martyrs in Baku.
The delegation paid tribute to Azerbaijani heroes who sacrificed their lives for the country’s independence and sovereignty, placing flowers at their graves.
Valentina Matviyenko also laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
