Turkmen diplomats celebrate their professional holiday

Ashgabat, February 19 (AZERTAC). Every year, Turkmenistan marks the 18th of February as the Day of Diplomats.

On this occasion, a conference titled “New Frontiers of Turkmen Diplomacy” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ashgabat on Monday.

The conference was attended by the heads of the diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Turkmenistan, the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, academic staff and students of a number of higher educational institutions and representatives of the mass media.

The conference was followed by a traditional food fair where embassies of foreign countries exhibited their cuisines.

The Azerbaijani embassy also demonstrated the country`s national dishes.
