US EUROPEAN COMMAND HOLDS CONFERENCE “TRANSPORT COOPERATION” IN BAKU

Baku, 13 March (AZERTAC). A conference “Transport cooperation” organized by the United States European Command (USEUCOM) took place in Baku. Development of the transport sector in Azerbaijan, implementation of the various projects were in the focus of conference.

The event brought together representatives from Azerbaijan`s Transport Ministry, “Avtonagliyyatservis” Department, “Azeryolservice” JSC and specialists from Georgia and Turkey. Head of the administration of Transport Ministry Javid Nacafov briefed participants on development of the transport sector in the country. The attendees were informed about the US Defense Logistics Agency, European Command and Transportation Command.
