Vugar Aliyev: Meeting between Azerbaijani and Russian media representatives will contribute to enrichment of media landscape VIDEO

The roundtable meeting on “Russia-Azerbaijan: current issues of media cooperation” will contribute to development of cooperation between media outlets of the two countries,” Chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan State News Agency (AZERTAC) Vugar Aliyev said in an interview.
“The roundtable on “Russia-Azerbaijan: current issues of media cooperation” hosted by TASS news agency brought together representatives of leading media outlets of the two countries. We had a very productive and intense meeting. The photo exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev organized outside the headquarters of TASS news agency was of a particular interest. The participants shared their memories about National Leader Heydar Aliyev, highlighting his support and care to the media,” Vugar Aliyev noted.
AZERTAC’s Chairman of the Board also emphasized that during the roundtable discussions authoritative opinions were expressed on cooperation between mass media outlets: “I am sure that these opinions and proposals will contribute to enrichment of media landscape of Azerbaijan and Russia,” he added.
