4th session of Joint Commission for Promotion of Economic Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Croatia held

As part of visit of Azerbaijani delegation led by Minister of Culture Adil Karimli to Croatia, the 4th session of the Joint Commission for the Promotion of Economic Cooperation between the Government of Croatia and the Government of Azerbaijan was held in Zagreb
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministries of Culture; Foreign Affairs; Economy; Energy; Digital Development and Transport; Science and Education; Youth and Sports, as well as the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO), Alat Free Economic Zone, the Food Safety Agency, and State Agency for Tourism.
The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (“ASAN Service”) was represented at the meeting for the first time.
The co-chairs of the Joint Commission, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture Adil Karimli and Croatia’s Minister of Economy Ante Šušnjar, delivered opening remarks.
The sides hailed the prospects for economic cooperation between the two countries.
The speakers focused on cooperation in the fields of economy, energy, transport, culture, science and education, tourism, and other areas.
The meeting concluded with a signing of a protocol on its outcomes.
The document was signed by Minister of Culture Adil Karimli and Minister of Economy of Croatia Ante Šušnjar.
