45 STUDENTS AND TEACHERS WIN SOROS SCHOLARSHIPS
Baku information-educational center founded by US Embassy to Azerbaijan have announced 2004 winners of “Soros Foundation Scholarship Program” implemented under the financial support of the Open Society Institute-Assistance fund and the US Department of State, AzerTAj correspondent reports. The contest has defined 45 students and teachers, who will continue their education at the US and European Universities, and. take 2-month professional courses there respectively.
