Bir, the Caucasus’ first fully integrated e-commerce, banking and payments ecosystem, announces the launch of Ey-ay chatbot in its digital wallet app m10, enabling customers to make payments and access other services through a conversational interface.
Ey-ay, Azerbaijan’s first AI-powered payment assistant for e-wallets, is designed to make everyday financial tasks faster, more intuitive and easier to complete. Rather than navigating through different sections of the app, users can simply chat with Ey-ay to pay utility or phone bills, and ask questions to find other m10 services more easily.
The innovation is another example of the society’s rapid shift from cash to digital payments and is designed to make everyday financial transactions faster and more convenient. The Bir ecosystem aims to make digital services simpler and more accessible to everyone, while also helping users adapt more easily to new digital opportunities.
