Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina discuss cooperation prospects

Baku, April 29 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani minister of economy and industry Shahin Mustafayev met foreign minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko Lagumdžija to discuss bilateral cooperation prospects.

They explored ways of improving cooperation in economic and humanitarian areas.

The Minister expressed confidence the visit of the Bosnian FM would contribute to developing “friendly relations and cooperation between our countries”.

Mustafayev praised the adoption by the Bosnian parliament of a resolution recognizing the Khojaly tragedy as an act of genocide and the erection of a monument to Khojaly victims in Sarajevo.

Minister Mustafayev spoke of the humanitarian and charitable activities of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, particularly reconstruction of a center for the disabled in Sarajevo.

The Bosnian FM praised his country`s relations with Azerbaijan.
