Azerbaijan, Chile discuss prospects for interparliamentary relations

Members of the working group for Azerbaijan-Chile interparliamentary relations at the Milli Majlis have met with head of Chile-Azerbaijan interparliamentary friendship group Thomas de Rementeria, who is in Azerbaijan to participate in the Baku Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network.
Head of the working group for Azerbaijan-Chile interparliamentary relations Azar Badamov highlighted the liberation of Azerbaijani lands from occupation as a result of the 44-day Patriotic War.
Thomas de Rementeria hailed his visit to Azerbaijan and expressed his confidence that this trip would contribute to the development of relations between Chile and Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, the sides also discussed the development of cooperation between the parliaments of the member states of the Non-Aligned Movement.
