Azeri Minister of Education Misir Mardanov met a group of Korean delegation visiting the country, 28 Aug.

Minister Mardanov noted importance of President Aliyev’s visit to the Republic of Korea in strengthening of cooperation relations between the two countries.

Reminding his recent visit to Korea, Mr. Mardanov said he had familiarized with the education system of this country and visited Universities of Korea. The Minister updated the guests on latest reforms in the technical education system of Azerbaijan.

Speaking of the necessity of cooperation in application of information technologies in the education institutions of Republic, the Minister make suggestions on possible cooperation with the Samsung Company in this sphere. He offered to work out a joint project.

The parties also made proposals on student exchange.
