AZERBAIJAN-KOREA IT WORKING GROUP HOLDS ITS FIRST MEETING
The first meeting of the Azerbaijan-Korea working group on Information Technologies has been held at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan. The delegation headed by deputy Minister Iltimas Mammadov represented Azerbaijan at the meeting, the Ministry’s press service reported.
The sides have discussed the current state and prospects of development in the field of the information technologies in both countries.
They have also exchanged views on expansion of cooperation and mutual relationship between Azerbaijan and the Republic of Korea.
The Korean side has proposed to assist the implementation of the IT projects, especially the projects on E-government and creation of innovation zones in Azerbaijan.
The sides have agreed to hold meetings of the working group regularly.
