Azerbaijan relocates first group of residents to Karkijahan settlement of Khankendi city

On December 20, a first group of residents, including 30 families totaling 117 individuals, was relocated to the Karkijahan settlement of Khankendi city.
Elchin Yusubov, Special Representative of the Azerbaijani President in the city of Khankendi, and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts, addressed the key handover ceremony.
