AZERBAIJAN, SLOVENIA SIGN ICT AGREEMENT
Azerbaijani Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov and Slovenian Minister of Economy Andrej Vizjak signed Tuesday the agreement on bilateral cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT).
The deal was signed in Bled as part of the Azerbaijani Minister’s visit to Slovenia.
The same day, Ali Abbasov met with Andrey Polenek, head of Iskratel, one of the leading ICT companies in Slovenia.
Earlier on Sunday and Monday, the Azeri Minister attended the Bled strategic forum, where he made a report on the development of ICT sector in Azerbaijan.
The Azeri Minister is also scheduled to visit the Ljubljana University.
The visit wraps up on August 30.
