Azerbaijan transfers information base on real estate in e-format
Baku, September 16 (AZERTAC). The Azerbaijani State Property Committee transfers the information base of real estate registration from paper to electronic format, the State Committee said today.
It is planned to transfer over 700,000 documents into an electronic format within the projects implemented by the Committee in this sphere.
This will greatly ensure efficiency, transparency, and flexibility of the state committee`s work.
There is an e-service section at the official web-site of the committee (emdk.gov.az). This allows registering property online.
The number of online-applications on statements and certificates received by the Committee has reached 200 today.
The Committee registered about 98,000 property rights in January-August, of which 28,000 are primary, the remaining 70,000 - repeated.
Around 37.4 percent of the registered documents fall to Baku.
Physical and legal entities received about 71,000 inquiries on restriction from the state register.
