AZERBAIJAN-US COURTS ENHANCE COOPERATION

Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan Republic Farhad Abdullayev met July 6 with Brooks Smith, judge of US Court of Appeals for the Third Judicial Circuit, press-service of the Constitutional Court said.

Mr. Abdullayev updated his American counterpart on the legislative acts and the cases that Constitutional Court has tried over the past years.

Expressing his satisfaction with the meeting, Mr. Smith underlined the importance of development of the relations between the judicial bodies of USA and Azerbaijan.
