Azerbaijani athlete wins silver at IAAF Continental Cup

Baku, September 15 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani runner Hayle Ibrahimov has claimed silver medal in the men's 3,000 metres at the IAAF Continental Cup in Marrakech, Morocco.

Ibrahimov secured the medal after timing 7:53.14.

This is the first record of Azerbaijan in the history of athletics.
