Azerbaijani female boxer brings home gold from Sofia

Baku, November 19, AZERTAC

Azerbaijani female boxer Yelena Vistropova (69kg) has claimed the gold medal at the Balkan Cup in Sofia, Bulgaria.

She secured the medal thanks to a victory over Spanish Miriam Gutierrez in the final.

The tournament brought together boxers from England, France, Italy, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Vietnam, Canada, Australia, Japan, Morocco, and Algeria.
