Azerbaijani karate fighters to compete in Bosphorus Open tournament
Baku, March 27 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani karate fighters will battle for medals at the international Bosphorus Open tournament in Istanbul on April 4-6.
The national squad includes Firdovsi Farzaliyev and Majid Amirov weighing in at 60kg, Niyazi Aliyev, Tural Agalarzade and Rafiz Hasanov at 67kg, Rafael Aghayev at75kg, Aykhan Mamayev, Asiman Gurbanlı, Shahin Atamov and Orkhan Heydarli at 84kg, Nurane Aliyeva at 50kg, Ilahe Gasimova at 55kg, Faride Abiyeva at over 60kg, Roman Heydarov and Tural Baljanli both kata.
