Azerbaijan`s Central Bank delegation visits China
Beijing, May 15 (AZERTAC). A delegation led by deputy chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Khagani Abdullayev, is on a visit to the People’s Republic of China, which is aimed at exploring ways of expanding the cooperation between the two countries in the banking sector.
The delegation met vice-governor of the People`s Bank of China, Yi Gang, and the sides noted that the expansion of the relations between the central banks would be beneficial for both countries.
The sides expressed readiness to support the enhancement of the bilateral cooperation in the banking sector.
The itinerary also includes a trip to Shanghai, one of the world`s financial centers, where the Azerbaijani delegation will have a number of meetings.
