Azerbaijan`s First Lady inaugurates orphanage-kindergarten No190 in Baku after reconstruction
Baku, September 26 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and her daughter Arzu Aliyeva have today attended the opening of a building of the orphanage-kindergarten No190 after reconstruction in the capital`s Nizami district.
Mrs. Aliyeva cut a ribbon symbolizing the opening of the facility. Azerbaijan`s First Lady viewed the photo stand reflecting the previous and current look of the kindergarten.
Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov informed the First Lady that the orphanage-kindergarten was built in 1967. The two-storey building was reconstructed under the “State Program on socio-economic development of the city of Baku and its suburbs in 2011-2013”. All conditions have been created here for children.
The kindergarten will handle up to 230 children from 2 to 6 ages.
