“AZERI” BEER WINS GRAND PRIX
The firm “Azeri” has been rewarded with “Grand Prix” for the best beer at the Moscow international fair-exhibition organized by Russian Brewery Association in late October. President of the firm Kamaladdin Aliyev told AzerTAJ correspondent that “Azeri” beer had taken 7 gold and 3 silver medals at the various international exhibitions and contests, as well as awarded with 3 gold orders. At the beginning of this year, firm gained silver medals of the festival “ Pivoni Pechet” Czechia- one of the authoritative beer contests in the world.
Successes achieved within past years at the different exhibitions oblige us to more seriously think over export production. Our firm intends to export production to the Russian markets in 2004. In this connection, annual production volume will be reached from 125 up to 150 thousand decalitres. Firm has already purchased modern equipment from Europe to produce sterilized and pasteurized beer. Within next few years firm will make additional investments in production of the strong drinks and open new working places.
