AZERLOTTERY TRANSFERRED 8 BILLION MANATS TO STATE BUDGET

Some 20 million 624 thousand lottery tickets have been sold by Azerlottery from the beginning of the year.

According to the Chairman of the State Committee for Securities, the amount of revenues reached 72 billion manats. Some 40 billion manats were paid off to those who were lucky and won the lottery, 8 billion manats were paid off in the form of taxes to the state budget. Last month’s net income from lotteries amounted at 12 billion manats.

Azerlottery did not take any funds neither from the budget no from its authorized capital of 100 million manats.
