AZERTAC’s photo correspondent wins gold medal at international contest

Ilgar Jafarov, a photo correspondent for AZERTAC, has won the gold medal at the Unique Snaps 2024 international photo contest held in Nepal.
The competition, organized under the auspices of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP), featured 115 photos from various countries.
Jafarov's photo, titled “Emotions of a Weightlifter,” earned him the gold medal. Another of his works, “Unusual Leap M,” won the jury's choice category. Both photos were taken during the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Brazil.
Additionally, Jafarov was awarded the prestigious Excellence FIAP Diamond 1 title on December 3, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to photography.
