`BAKI` CAFE OPENED IN TURKISH CITY CEYHAN
Azerbaijani delegation, who arrived in Ceyhan city of Turkey to participate at the ceremony of loading Azerbaijani oil onto Palmali`s “Heydar Aliyev” tanker, attended January 9 the opening of `Baki` cafe.
Chairman of Ceyhan municipality Huseyn Sezlu noted that park opened in July 2006 with participation of Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev and Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyib Erdogan covers 11 thousand square km. The monuments to the national leaders of Azerbaijan and Turkey Heydar Aliyev and Mustafa Kemal Ataturk were erected here.
Head of social-political department of Azerbaijan’s Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov underlined that Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline plays an important role in the world economy. Transportation of Azerbaijani oil to Ceyhan positively influenced on the region development, said Mr. Hasanov.
Other officials of Azerbaijan and Turkey also made speeches.
