Bulgaria offers good value for money in tourism, Belgian media writes

Bulgaria offers a good price-quality ratio in tourism, Belgian media write on the occasion of the start of the summer holiday, according to the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA). The country is defined as very accessible for the Belgian tourist in local media publications on Monday.
It is noted that one of the largest international travel agencies and its Belgian representative office have been offering holidays in Bulgaria for 30 years. The publications point out that in Bulgaria, investments in tourism are significant and the offer of hotel holidays is very developed. According to representatives of the tourism industry, Bulgaria lacks the five-star luxury of Dubai, but the offers for 3- and 4-star accommodation meet the requirements for price-quality ratio.
The media in Belgium recently expressed expectations that the introduction of the euro in Bulgaria will have a particularly strong positive effect on the development of tourism on the Black Sea coast. In April, a survey showed that most Belgians (76%) plan to vacation in Europe this year - mainly on the Belgian North Sea coast (21%), in France (22%), Italy (15%), Spain (13%), Greece (8%) and the Netherlands (7%). In terms of the size of the summer holiday budget, Belgium is third in Europe after Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
