Business Assembly begins as part of WUF13

A Business Assembly started as part of the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).
Moderated by Carlota Miguel Carreira Rebelo, Senior Foreign Correspondent at global media brand Monocle, the Assembly entitled " Delivering Against Odds: Private Sector Leadership Across the Housing Value Chain", focuses on planning for adequate housing provision and the transformation of the housing value chain.
The participants exchange views on the potential of the private sector in the global economy, along with public activity, to address the critical development challenge.
The Business Assembly offers a strategic platform for mobilizing private capital and mitigating risks to this process.
