Say Samal: Cambodia and Azerbaijan enjoy broad opportunities for cooperation

“Cambodia and Azerbaijan enjoy fruitful relations and broad cooperation opportunities in urbanization and other areas,” Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia Say Samal told AZERTAC on the sidelines of WUF13.
Say Samal emphasized that Azerbaijan is a good friend of Cambodia and that cooperation can extend beyond urban planning to other areas. He noted that many Cambodians who studied in Azerbaijan are now working in the country. He also praised Azerbaijan’s hosting of World Urban Forum 13, saying Azerbaijan can contribute to shaping common urban development principles and strengthen international collaboration.
