BUSINESS CIRCLES OF AZERBAIJAN AND RUSSIA ENHANCE COOPERATION
According to A. Agalarov, the forum is vitally important event for both countries as the results of such events strengthen strategic partnership between the two countries
He stressed that development of Azerbaijan-Russia economic ties will have a positive effect on the situation of Azerbaijanis residing in Russia. Over 622 thousand Azerbaijanis have gained a right for official residence in Russia and over 1,5 million Azerbaijanis are getting through the registration.
“Lukoil Overseas” vice president Isgandar Khalilov said that both countries develop an equal partnership. Russian and Azerbaijani companies are keen on realization of joint projects. When handling some problems both sides do not dictate one’s decision and proposal on each other.
It was noted that the first Azerbaijan-Russia economic forum would have a positive effect on development of bilateral relations and serve friendship and cooperation of both countries.
The conference was also attended by leaders of Azerbaijan-Russia Chamber of Business Cooperation and Moscow International Oil Club, representatives of RF Embassy to Azerbaijan.
