CIBC MEMBERS MEET WORLD BANK COUNTRY MANAGER FOR AZERBAIJAN
Members of the Caspian Integration Business Club (CIBC) May 16 met with Gregory Jedrzejczak, World Bank Country Manager for Azerbaijan in the International Trade Center (ITC).
CIBC President and Executive Director Telman Aliyev said, in the event, his organization was set up in 2002 and the same year Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev was elected its Honorary President.
Purposes of the organization, that includes 500 companies from 30 countries, are promoting relations between state bodies and business circles, as well as rendering assistance to the government to use oil revenues for developing non-oil sector in the country.
Mr. Gregory Jedrzejczak noted Azerbaijan’s economic relations with the world countries have increased thanks to its social objects and production enterprises established in regions.
He said Azerbaijan will benefit of using the oil revenues for developing non-oil sector in the country.
