CONSTITUTIONAL COURT STUDIES INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Farhad Abdullayev expressed gratitude to OSCE for arranging the trip of Azerbaijan Constitutional Court’s delegation to Poland in December 2003. During the visit, the delegation learnt of the experience in consideration of individual complaints in the Constitutional Tribunal of Poland. While considering individual complaints, the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan refers to experience of European constitutional courts and European Court of Human Rights, the Chairman said.
In the course of the visit, F. Abdullayev noted that the Court had made necessary conclusions from the reproaches made by President Ilham Aliyev while participating in the opening ceremony of the Baku Business Center and initiated urgent actions to make a breakthrough in the judicial system.
