Croatia, Azerbaijan discuss consular issues
Baku, April 16 (AZERTAC). Foreign Ministries of Azerbaijan and Croatia held consultations on the consular issues.
Consultations involved Chief of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s consular department Mehriban Najafova and her counterpart Vinko Ljubicic.
The importance of holding the consultations for successful development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Croatia in a variety of fields, expansion of cooperation on consular matters was underlined at the meeting. The parties shared their opinions on the elimination of difficulties the citizens of both countries face in visa processing, conduct of the consular operations, regulation of migration processes, learning experience on readmission between Croatia and EU, application mechanisms of readmission agreements.
The parties also discussed prospects for the cooperation.
