Preliminary discussions of the draft agreement between governments of Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates on abolishment of double taxation, suppression of income and property taxes evasion.

Specialists of the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Finance and Industry and the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan have discussed the projects regulations separately and have come to an agreement on a number of articles at experts level. Other articles will be considered during the second phase of the discussions to be held in this autumn in Dubai.

Today, Azerbaijan has agreements on abolishment of double taxation with some 30 countries. This year, relevant negotiations are held with China, Greece, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
