Elaiza to represent Germany in 2014 Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen
Baku, March 17 (AZERTAC). The final of the German “Unser Song für Dänemark” is finally completed.
As a result of voting, Elaiza, the German-Ukrainian female trio, will represent Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen, Denmark, with their song “Is It Right?”
“Is it right?” is slow, but very rhythmic and harmonic folk style reminding a bit of Ukrainian folk and Jewish Klezmer music.
The leader of the group is Ela (Elżbieta Steinmetz). She was born in Ukraine and is of mixed Polish and Ukrainian origin as her mother comes from Poland and her father is from Ukraine.
