FORUM OF INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR BOXING ASSOCIATION DUE IN BAKU

Baku, December 4 (AZERTAC). A forum of the International Amateur Boxing Association (AIBA) under the chairmanship of President of this structure Ching-Kuo Wu will take place in Baku, on December 10, Vice president of Azerbaijan Boxing Federation Agajan Abiyev said.

The vital issues in sports, including development of women`s boxing will be in the focus of forum.

The event will take place as a part of AIBA President Cup, which is to be held in Baku, on December 8. The competitions will take place among the athletes aged from 17 to 34 in the 11 weight-categories.

The guests and participants of the international tournament will visit the Alley of Honors to pay tribute to nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev and the Alley of Martyrs to revere the memory of brave sons gave their lives for territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
