In my capacity of President of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) as well as on behalf of the global boxing family and as an IOC Executive Board Member, I would like to express my most sincere congratulations upon your recent and extremely successful reelection as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

This reelection is a testimony to the esteem in which your are held by your citizens. You have worked hard to make of Azerbaijan the great country it is today. You have without any doubt strengthened this country in many ways and great developments have taken place since the start of your Presidency in 2003.
