On behalf of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and on my own behalf, I have the honour and privilege to extend to you my heartfelt congratulations on your well-deserved re-election as the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan, following the Presidential elections held on the 9th October 2013.
I trust the outcome of these elections constitute and important element in leading Azerbaijan towards more development and prosperity for the people of Azerbaijan under your wise and able leadership.
I am very much confident that during your tenure the existing good relations and cooperation between the OIC and Azerbaijan would further be improved. It is also my hope that Azerbaijan as a key member of the Organization will continue to play its active and important role in the OIC.
