I was delighted to learn of Your brilliant re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

I should like, on this occasion, to extend to You my heartiest congratulations and best wishes for your continued success.

Since the World Information Society Summit in 2013, and to Your enormous credit, we have been witness to the fulfillment of all the promises you made in the ICT field. I would like to congratulate You on this remarkable achievement.

May I take this opportunity to assure You of my full support and that of all my colleagues in maintaining the excellent relations which exist between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the International Telecommunication Union.
