Your Excellency,

It is with great pleasure that I take this opportunity to extend to you, on behalf of the government and the people of Seychelles, our warmest and most sincere felicitations on your re-election to the high office of President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

This election victory bears testimony to the confidence that the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan have in your leadership and vision.

The relations between our two nations have always been excellent and it is my hope that under your continued leadership there will be a strengthening of the strong ties of friendship and cooperation which our two countries have always shared.

I avail of this opportunity to also wish you every success in the discharge of the tasks ahead.
